A family business and so bloody rude that I can not justify giving them my business

These people must be the rudest, don't-care couriers in the business - not once, not twice but 3 times. Never again. I'd rather drive to Auckland or any other major centre to collect my goods than put any money their way.

I had just purshaed the vehicle awaiting to get a Warrent you crashed into the vehicle you were at fault so I expect it to be sorted am I wrong

Not suprised to see the number of bad reviews. This company damaged my mother's property, and after 6 weeks and 4 phone calls still no apology. Even worse the receptionist said they were too busy" to deal with this. Hopefully this will prompt an apology call."

I just spoke with Michelle who was very helpful, courteous and friendly in tracking a delivery from Auckland to Whitianga.

This company has absolutely no integrity whatsoever! One of their drivers backed his truck into my car parked outside my place of work, breaking the tail light and rear door moulding doing $1300.00 worth of damage. The driver admitted responsibility (in front of witnesses) to his credit but his company refuses to take responsibility. Phone calls from my insurance company get passed from person to person, no-one willing to deal with it and now they dont even answer. They ignore all emails and postal communications I suppose in the hopes that it will all go away. I am a single mother working full time on a modest income raising two teenaged boys and can't afford the $500.00 excess my insurance company requires as the guilty party wont take responsilility and claim it on their insurance. I have spoken to the driver since the accident (which happened nearly 4 months ago) and he had the audacity to tell me it would be cheaper for me to fix it myself. SERIOUSLY?! It would be cheaper for me if the driver or the company that caused the damage did the right thing! Sorry for the lengthy rant but all that to say DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND THEY DON'T GIVE A CRAP!!! P.S. sorry I couldn't give them a lower rating!

Fantastic service! I ordered a gaming chair online to be delivered and of the 3 courier companies I dealt with, these guys were the only ones that communicated properly and did what they said they would. Walker Logistics misdirected it from Auckland to Palmerston North (it was being delivered to the Coromandel), Toll took over a week to pick it up from there. Coromandel Couriers phoned me as soon as they received it to make sure someone would be home the next day (a Saturday as well), and then delivered it. The delivery driver even put it on the hand trolley and walked it up our steep, steep driveway, instead of just leaving it at the bottom and phoning like other couriers do - a huge thanks to him!!

Wish I could give minus stars.I have been in the transport industry for 26 years and not once have I seen someone treat a customer and their freight so poorly. An embarrassment to the industry.Had outboard picked up to collect from their yard, on collection Norman ( owner) on hoist was pushing fork against steering rod which I mentioned to him to which he immediately lost his temper, dumped a $5000 outboard motor on the ground and told me to find my own way to get it on my vehicle. Very fortunate for him I managed to keep my cool. Dont go near these idiots
