Didnt want to post a bad review but it feels like the only way I'm gonna get a response from this company. The internet hasn't been working for weeks and nobody has responded to our dozens of phone calls emails and chats. Not really happy to pay for internet that we don't even have. Not that I would be able to cancel it even if I wanted to as nobody would respond. Clever tactic! Will hopefully hear back from someone soon merry Christmas

Wouldn't recommend. Took a while to get set up. Had random fees deducted and nobody can tell me what they were for. Have not had any response to any written communication - have had verbal conversations but super hard to get anything in writing.Also had someone try to rip me off after only being connected for less than 12 hours. Was told my mesh wifi router would not be compatible and that I would need to have one sent by them ($100) and that I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan.

If i could give a 0/5* I really would.The Longest call line, I have waited 2hrs & 45mins, most days 50+mins.Charges are all over the place very poor communication except for 1x worker I vouch for. Generally they rush to get you off the phone poor customer service, the help/assistance I recieve is never clear enough, and alot off main informational info is missed... Over charged. Most importantly the worse broadband company I have ever had.When I make enough I'll be moving off to another broadband connection. Forget this compass!!!Also help online (6hrs) for reply is a joke.

This company is an absolute shambles no matter what option you press you get the same guy answer.That is if you can even get through to them and they don’t reply to emails .Heads up guys you’re mucking around one of my customers at the moment they have no phone or Internet and elderly if you haven’t fixed it and connected them by the end of the week I’m going there to ring Spark with them and get them changed over .

Worst company to deal with. They over charge. Takes month or 2 to get connected (which you likely will be billed for). Invoicing and billing is a mess. Staff are unhelpful and everything seems like it's staged to cost you more money (you can only use our modems which cost 100). I had a near $300 bill and didn't have internet yet. Run

Customer service practically non existent.No one will reply to emails.Waiting for live chat takes hours.They will spend half an hour confirming your identity, promise to process your request, then do nothing.After 2 months and multiple requests, I still can't change my direct debit.I may now have to resort to requesting my bank to block them.

Worst broadband service I ever had! I Can't believe it they terminated my Broadband one month prior to the termination day! If you treat your customer like that you really should stop doing any business at all! Shame on you

I didn't actually read any of the reviews prior to when I signed up so I was abit nervous after I had already signed up. I've been with compass for about a month now and honestly been a good experience. I've had no issues and the communication to set up was prompt and I was connected within a couple days. There was some minor issues but it was more to do with the tech side of things (on our side) so if you are thinking about signing up and don't want any delays talk to them first.

Been on hold pretty much for 2 days, I rang first thing this morning and still on hold now. I also emailed them yesterday with no response, been with them for four years now but the customer service as of recently has became terrible.
