Wow.. could not be more impressed by the service here over last couple of months on two different cars... From the excellent service at reception, to a job well done, with more than a fair price for the work done. Outstanding - I will be back. AA++

Amazing service. I dealt with Mark who was very patient and understanding throughout the process. When I arrived to pick the car up they had taken it next door to get the VTNZ WOF recheck performed, which was completely unexpected but saved an hour of my time, very considerate. Highly recommend.

The team at AA Kingsland have been outstanding. I’ve had multiple car issues over the past couple of weeks and I couldn’t be more glad that my car accidentally got towed to this service centre location rather than the one it was supposed to go to. I can not rate them enough. Friendly, honest, professional and always ready to help out. I have so much gratitude for Ellie and Steve in particular who always kindly answered my calls and questions. The best experience I could’ve hoped for out of a bad situation.Thank you!!

I am impressed with the kindness and efficient communication by the receptionist there on 10/3, also liked their efforts of taking extra care of my car by showing just the essential recommendation and not trying to swell the service bill. Moreover i did felt a positive change in my drive later on after the service. Hence, here goes a full 5 star to them.

I had a flat tyre on the motorway and my car was towed to AA Auto Centre Kingsland where the tyre was replaced and all sorted perfectly. They provided excellent service, very pleasant to deal with, and they did a great job. Thank you so much for understanding and all the help I needed! Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the service I received in August. After my car was serviced at a different shop the month prior, I started hearing an awful creaking sound while braking. I took it back to the same shop twice and each time the issue was supposedly fixed. A few days later I decided to take it to AA Newmarket for a second opinion as the noise started again. Unfortunately the diagnosis was incorrect however I did not realise this until the recommended work had already been done and the noise started a few days later. I wouldn't have normally come to Kingsland however as it was Alert Level 4 there were limited options. The issue was picked up by the mechanic within an hour of me dropping the car off. The required work was completed and almost 3 months later I haven't heard the awful noise since. I was super impressed and grateful as the previous two shops didn't pick it up. AA's pricing is very reasonable also. Thanks team!

Had my car break down next to motorway and had the tow truck drop my car outside Kingsland AA. My car was fixed the next day. Thank you for the efficient and great service. Professional and thorough. Elly the receptionist is great too.

intially I had a bad experience with AA Kingsland but that was more due to my attitude and the fact that my on road had not fulfilled my needs!! To the credit of AA Kingsland they made contact with me and sorted a time and informed me of exactly what my cost would be! thank you AA KIngsland for what turned out to be good service
