Medtronic New Zealand Ltd
Its disappointing your customer support 0800 phone line has been downgraded. It use to be 24/7, and presumably still is in Australia, but not New Zealand. When ever I call after 6pm, my call is answered by a messaging service, for which they dont return calls. You are selling medical devises which often require technical support after hours, but you cant answer your customers phone calls, which could in certain cases, be a life on the line. Disappointing service,
