Highly satisfied with their customer service. Recently bought a phone and wasn't 100% satisfied due to a small issue. I went and met Michael and he immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my phone free of charge. This was the second refurbished phone I bought from mobile city and it's more than 3 years (1st phone) and I still haven't had any issues. Highly recommend them.

Great deals with great reasonable prices on great products. Staff are easygoing. I have a refurbished product from here that is mint condition and working order. I saw great deals online but went in store to view in person and was happy with everything.

Sorry I didn't get your name but thank you to the lovely Korean guy who assisted me with purchasing a phone a couple weeks back. The one on one sessions is a great system to have there as soon as walk through the door. Phone works really well and no issues so far.

Excellent + rapid customer service. I have purchased 2x iPad’s from mobile-city and they are absolutely perfect. From the packaging to the product itself + prices. The option to afterpay is amazing also, very happy with my experience at mobile-city!

The way to go! Used the service twice hardly second hand and cheap for the quality you get. Thought I had an issue with a phone and they responded same day and offered lots of help. Best way to buy phones I think.

We came to visit your store earlier today to purchase a new phone and potentially trade in an old one. The shop was luxurious on the inside and we were able to speak one on one with a consultant right away. You gave us an honest estimate for trade in and explained we'd likely get more by selling privately. Your honesty and professionalism was awesome.
