Thermaseal windows failed outside of warranty, known issue by Thermaseal, tried to get them to fix and got this response - The business has actually had a change of direction and we will shortly no longer be manufacturing double glazed units.""

Worse company I've dealt with! Cancelled on us 4 weeks in a row with the same excuse. Then didn't do the job properly. Finally got the job finished today, only to learn via email that they had entered our property without our permission. Was NOT impressed at all!

I got 5 quotes, did my research and this was not the cheapest quote, but I was assured of everything on my checklist, so went ahead. BIG mistake!!The only 2 good points about this company was the installers and the product.The quote was accepted and deposit paid at least 8 weeks in advance as I only had 1 certain week I could be there for installation, and was assured the install could be done then....checked a week out.....yes will be there Monday 19th April" ....7.30m on Monday 19 April

Impressive showroom, good quality product, Mark the glazier was very professional and did an amazing installation 8 weeks after sign off. Some discrepancies with pricing but overall a job well done. Worked out cheaper than thermaglaze

Rude drivers on the road who seam to think they know road rules driving a company truck and dont know the simple merge like a zip rule. You guys get 1 start for the Swearing and cursing i just experienced on the road this morning.

What a great firm to deal with, these guys are amazing. We had problems with our windows and they came around instantly and replaced the problem glass without hesitation. The installers were incredibly fast and efficient and even cleaned the windows inside and out. If only other businesses could offer this standard of service.
