Great clothing, great price and it's good to know that this company has an A rating for ethical production from Tear Fund.

They have not long opened their new store in the new Invercargill Central Mall. There are two entrances and exits from this store, one from Tay Street the other internationally from inside the mall. Store is well stocked and brightly lit. Brand new fit out so it's Cotton On's latest store ( December 2022 ) Staff are always helpful but at times during Covid disruption can be understaffed so exercise patience please. Unfortunately Cotton On Kids has not been incorporated into this outlet but that may have been due to an oversight at Head Office and Developers so that's a shame but I would assume the parties concerned may be trying to overcome this error. Wait and see is all we can do. Do check them out as it's a lovely store but can seem very cramped as there is a lot of merchandise. Perhaps LESS is MORE but that is up to management to decide. Be aware that the in-store music that is constantly playing is rather loud and caters to a younger customer base. Can be too much if you are shopping there for some time.

Bad service. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting to pay and there was no one around to serve me

Pretty average store. Fitting rooms were very dark with multiple blown lightbulbs, not ideal for clothes shopping.

Unorganized Australia head office. I phoned them the first week they moved to the new premises to say they needed to update the store phone number. Still not updated. Grr. Treating NZ very poorly. Not impressed at all.Thank goodness for the amazing staff.

Helpful staff, excellent customer service, friendly.Some of asians had bad experience in cotton on Invercargill. but not me. I never had bad experience since two years shopping in any cotton on store either Dunedin or Wellington.

Staff weren't overly friendly which was a bit suprising but everything else was fine
