Went for the Sweat + Chill package for the first time, was incredible! The receptionist was so lovely and welcoming. The experience was amazing and felt so rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Definitely will be coming back and recommending to all my family and friends!

Gorgeous facilities and lovely staff, can’t recommend highly enough! There are not many businesses in NZ that are as luxe as this. I love the infrared sauna, most relaxing thing ever. This is better than massage, better than accupuncture, better than Osteo - give it a go!

This place is absolutely divine. The girls are lovely and the space is so inviting. The facilities are spotless and you feel so good afterward. I would go on the daily if I could!

Saunas at Slowe are my favourite new thing! I've only been a few times, but I hope to make it a regular thing. The girls are so lovely and welcoming, the saunas themselves are beautiful with quality towels and shower products. I always walk out feeling so relaxed and revived. Highly recommend!

One of my favourite places to visit and unwind if I'm having busy or stressful week.I've been a few times now and every time I leave I end up having such a great chat with the girls. All around an amazing experience from decor to interactions.

The girls that run Slowe are amazing. I have been a number of times, the sweat and chill is a personal favourite. Beautiful space and well priced with the ability to bring a friend ! Highly recommend

The most wonderful experience. An hour of bliss. Can’t recommend enough, a gorgeous space to stop and indulge in something for yourself. I felt calm, lighter and refreshed when I left. Can’t wait for my next Slowë session ✨

Good spot for a relaxing session with a small group.I rate the cold plunge, dry sauna could've been hotter (couldn't get it past 65C).A steam room would probably be a better alternative, and would make it worth the money.
