I first met Claire when she remodelled a small sapphire ring for me. It was LOVE at first meet and for the past three years I have been visiting Claire for all my jewellery needs. From birthday commissions from my husband to purchasing my husbands wedding band, cleaning my jewels and just popping in to see the incredible work on display in the gallery.Claire is so kind, so patient and very, very talented. I highly recommend and if I could score more than 5 stars I would! She is a fantastic lady!

I am so glad that we visited this new store near Frankton Airport. We were impressed with the guidance we received. There was no high-pressure selling just sensible advice on our choice. It was great relief talking with a proper jeweller who certainly knew what best suited our needs.

I highly recommend going to Vu Jewellers for anything you need, from repairs to custom pieces!Claire not only restored my engagement ring that was passed down from great great grandmother but she also designed and made the perfect wedding band to go with it. She was amazing through the whole process and made it all happen within weeks so I had a ring for the wedding day

My partner bought my engagement ring from Vu Jewellers. It is a stunning ring that is so unique, everyone who sees it comments on it and loves it. My ring was unfortunately stolen in 2022 and I contacted Vu Jewellers to see if the same ring could be made again. The process was made so easy with the helpFrom Claire, and she made me another ring incredibly quickly. I can not thank Claire enough for her help and support through a really stressful experience. I would 100% recommend Vu Jewellers to anyone and will definitely buy from Claire again!

I highly recommend Vu, Trond was amazing! He resized my engagement ring twice (once before I was asked!). Without asking he also reinforced the claws on it too which was great. After a few weeks I returned to the store to get it plated which was done really quickly & efficiently, the communication was fab. Thank you so much!
