I didn't buy my Nissan here, but came to them as a last resort at helping me fix my keyfob after numerous other places couldn't. They said what they would charge an hour, and you can imagine my pleasant surprise when after fixing the problem, they only charge me half of this because they figured it out so quickly! So fantastic! Thanks:)If I ever need to buy another Nissan, I will definitely go there!

I am writing to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Tony McGuire at Christchurch Nissan. I purchased my car from West Auckland, and it has had a number of issues. I was very unhappy with the service I received from West Auckland, but I am so glad that I decided to bring my car to Christchurch Nissan.Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the issues to me in a way that I could understand. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the repair plan before he started working on my car.I am very happy with the service I received from Christchurch Nissan. Tony was professional and efficient, and he did a great job of fixing my car. Got a 96 primera from here. It's totally epic and cool already unbolted the exhaust sounds sweet. Need to use my own speaker cos the ones in the car aren't that good. Fair enough for an old at though. totally cool. excellent. radical. party time

The worst car technical service in my life.I was servicing here my Nissan Murano back in November. I liked the girl at the reception who was friendly and very helpful. The showroom is nice, and a free coffee machine is a bonus when waiting. I found prices average, not too expensive. Unfortunately, there were three jobs assigned, and all of them went wrong:* An engine oil change wasn't required, but it has been done anyway. They overfilled at least half a litre of oil because the dipstick showed 1cm above the max level (checked twice at home). Shame to see that from the official dealer because every child knows VQ35 oil capacity is 4.4L, not 5L can. It causes gaskets to leak long-term.* The second job was to flush CVT oil. According to the invoice, I've got CVT-3 oil, even though Nissan says to use only CVT-2 for this old vehicle (produced in 2005). They have different specs, so I don't know how long the CVT will survive after that. This is a crucial error, considering they're an official dealership that should perform by the Nissan guides (it says to use CVT-2, no substitutions).* My aircon was empty of gas. I've replaced an evaporator core with the new original one in another place and needed a refrigerant. They filled it up and didn't check the system as the gas was leaking so loud that it could be clearly heard from the driver's seat. System leakage check is a standard procedure for such a job. After my complaint, they pumped it back and didn't want to do a refund. I've finally got 200 back out of 300 for that as a good will"."

Quick to order part I needed urgently. Was Australian import but Herman sourced it from another NZ dealer. Very efficient customer service despite circumstances. What you'd expect of Nissan.
