Susan is just amazing. Our anxious boy just loves her, and it’s so nice to feel like she loves him too. She’s more than just your average trainer or dog walker. I feel more relaxed just knowing she is in our lives, and that she is there to help us help our boy get more confident in the world.

When our rescue pup was assessed as having behavioural problems, he was unable to join walking dog groups, or have just anyone walk him. Susan at UnderstanDog was recommended and we haven't looked back. She understands our guy, and keeps him and other dogs safe, during their time together - as well as training him how to remain calm in stressful situations. She is also accommodating regarding additional visits, when we go away, with enough notice, and is super lovely to deal with. She is really some kind of wonderful" and we very fortunate to have her care for our guy
