Was a disastrous experience using Ryan for our geothermal,wring pump wrong bobbins send two amateurs to install pump shaft snapped twice in first two weeks couldn’t wait to ditch us when out of warranty . Went to claim insurance was declined due to faulty workmanship from yet . You have to be registered to work on bores over 30 degrees . You also have to get consent from Waikato regional council and Tu Whatetoa to drill new bores I wouldn’t go near these guys with geothermal

I went in today in urgent need of a hose fitting for my caravan water pump and Jess on the service desk was absolutely brilliant!!! Knew her product inventory so well she knew exactly what to supply me with to solve my problem! She literally saved our day!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very highly recommended; provided prompt, efficient service and support at a very modest cost. Arrived at bach late Friday to find no water – pump not working. On neighbour’s advice contacted Simon. In 2 or 3 phone calls that evening he took pump details, guided me to check the obvious, then arranged for a crane to lift the pump. Saturday morning he arrived early, quickly located and fixed the fault, and cancelled the crane callout at no charge to me.
