Had a new door installed at start of year. Great service and the door has been working like a dream. So quiet, insulated and easy to clean.Just had annual service and once again, very pleased with the professional service!

Recently had an issue where our garage door was opening via the neighbours key fob. I emailed Sovereign doors about the issue, asking for a link to a manual or similar. They replied, no joke, within 10 minutes with a method to reset the key code and reprogram our fobs. Really appreciate a quick response like that. Thank you.

Could have been a 1 star ratting very easily!!! But their efforts to fix the issues were commendable.We brought a garage door of them and due to various reasons, material delays, covid worker disruption we had a number of problems at the install.I gave this score to reflect the way the problems were managed. They accepted the issues were not up to their standards, no arguments, solution focused and did what they could to make me happy with the job. Given the climate this was quite impressive.The unit is very nice and the final install very good.If we had no issues in the install this would easily be a 5 star company. However the way the managed the issues, were responsive and tried to find a solution is something very respectable. I would recommend them in the future.

My garage door was accidently damaged and after 14 years of use decided do a complete change. I engaged about 6 reputable company for quotes and advises. I accidently stumbled a Sovereign Door just installed in a new development and decided to give them a call.Their price was great compared to the others and the main winner was, it being insulated. Luke and James were the technicians who installed my door and did a fantastic professional job. The product is TOPS and I can’t be more happier. It’s so much quieter than my old rickety one. Living in Katikati, we expected a slight delay in getting the door we requested from Garage Door Services, in Henderson. However, we had the door delivered, and installed on the day, and at the time, promised. We are extremely pleased with the service as well as the door itself.

The best garage door service! I crashed my garage door when I reversed my car… contacted this company and they sent technician Jon come to help very soon, easy communicate, professional and they know what they are doing. Definitely will recommend this company!
