Annette really takes the time to understand your concerns and then works on a plan to relieve the area and explains what she is doing. She understands in great detail how all the muscles interact with each other. The best massages I have ever had and the first person who has actually got rid of my lower back pain. Highly highly recommend.

Annette is amazing! I've had shin splints on and off for almost 20 years. I've seen multiple physios with no lasting results. Annette is the first person to explain to me that I have very tight muscles on the outside of my shins, so that is likely pulling my feet outwards, which is placing strain on my inner shin muscles, causing the pain. She's been working on loosening those tight muscles and she's also given me strengthening exercises to do.My favourite thing about getting a massage with her is that she explains exactly what is happening: which muscles are tight and how those muscles affect other connected muscles, so that's why the pain I'm feeling in one part of my body can be related to muscles in another part of my body! For me, her explanations are the most important part of the massage!!!And, of course, the massage itself feels wonderful. Thanks Annette!!!

Annette was absolutely incredible. She asks about the areas of concern, and sticks to the type of massage that you prefer. At the end she also explains why she has done certain things. This was the best massage I have ever had, and I cannot wait to go back to her.
