Wow what a great agent Karen Leckner is. She always goes above and beyond to help and assist. Not because it was required, but because she cares about the wellbeing and interests of the renter as well as the rentee. Can't recommend her more highly.

I highly recommend Ray White Beachlands and Tracey as a Property Manager. Friendly, professional with exceptional communication, especially during the difficult covid years. We really appreciated all the reassuring emails during lockdowns. Any maintenance issues were always fixed within a timely manner. We had the most spectacular house with breathtaking ocean views. Tracey and the team really went above and beyond and we'd 100% still be renting with them if we hadn't moved to America. Thank you team!!

Justin was such a delight to deal with - a breath of fresh air, so passionate and full of life and gusto! My largest asset and the future prospects of our family rested firmly in Justin's hands, and while I’m not a person who trusts easily (or is easily pleased!) not once did I feel any reason for concern. Justin was approachable, knowledgeable, professional, honest and above all had not only our best interests at heart, but dealt very ethically with our prospective buyers too. He very diligently followed up on all interest in our property and kept us updated so we were able to make informed decisions when it came time to sell. I wish I was in the business of buying and selling houses so I could use Justin over and over again! My husband would like to add that Justin was very respectful of our family and our property.
