Super busy staff were overwhelmed.... one new staff member held up the orders as she didn't do well under pressure ...ordered online expected fast pickup but took about 30 mins? Wasn't very warm when I ate it ..

I take my granddaughter for her ice-cream, the young man who has been serving the last few weeks is awesome. BUT PLEASE! There is no point in staff wearing gloves, if they going to take my coin, then make my ice cream without changing them in-between.

If you'd like a decent burger that isnt dry and what it says it is then...DONT get The YUM burger..!! Dry pattie Next to No sauce.. Disappointed in these so called burger places!! FRIES WERE GOOD.

I don't usually post reviews like this, but I was really disappointed with the drive-through order this weekend while in Timaru. The triple cheeseburger was literally 3 patties stacked inside a bun with sauce (no pickles or cheese). Quite disappointing, but as I was driving through the town, I wasn't about to drive back. Burger was flavourless and dry (really missed that grill taste on the burger), despite the minimal sauce on the top of the bun.The drive-through looked old and hasn't had any money spent on it to update it since I was last in there over a decade ago.The chips however were lovely.

Much nicer this time, expensive though, gave us extra bacon and cheese but you couldn't tell. Wouldn't do extras next time, bumps up the price and doesn't make a difference to the burger.

Worst Burger King I have ever visited. Wouldn't recommend. Burger bun was soaked through, the bare minimum of chicken in the chicken chips in what could be described as a string of chicken. Was more fresh air than chicken. Machine for milkshakes broken. Seems to be a common issue with this outlet
