I have practiced Pilates for 15 years with quite a few teachers. Nicole is my favourite hands down. Her knowledge and teaching skills are outstanding. Her classes are challenging and fun. Her studio is clean and a joy to be in. I feel grateful for finding her after every class.

Mind Your Movement
I have suffered from chronic low back pain for 12+ years. Participating in both in-studio Reformer Pilates weekly, combined with online On Demand classes with Nicole, has helped me keep my flare ups from reoccurring. I always feel good after every session, guaranteed. The more regularly I do Nicole's classes, the better I feel. I particularly love that the On Demand classes can be as short as 10 minutes or as long as 35 minutes, so there's really no excuse not to fit something in every day and it breaks down that psychological barrier. Nicole is very skilled, knowledgeable and personable. She is a calm and organised person to be around. Her classes are always fun and she's adjusted many exercises to suit my level of fitness, challenging me when I need it, or taking it easy if required. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and enjoying both Reformer classes and the On Demand pre-natal programme. Mind Your Movement really is a great place for anyone, at any stage in life. I can't recommend Nicole at Mind Your Movement enough.
