Not good at informing parents about accidents,injuries or near misses

Initially when I came into organise his daycare due breakdown in his family life and nanny me Tina taking in the day to day care of Roman I was overwhelmed with everything. Amber manager made me feel at ease and Roman and we slowly introduce Roman into it,being non verbal autistic spectrum. I was hesitant about the process due to traumatic experience he had recently been dealing with and wanted rap up in cotton wall.Due me having to work needed someone that had same family values and care I needed for him and that I give him and this family environment and staff were amazing,made us feel part of the daycare helped with day to day stuff and have been fantastic since. The teachers in his room are amazing and have so much empathy and compassion for all children and Roman I've never seen so happy in a long time. They are willing to help with toliet training and also other resources we are needing to help Roman in progressing with his health and well-being. Can't fault these beautiful teachers and amber they are best childcare I've ever come across and love seeing updates through storytime and hearing about what they have accomplished during week. So this is why I've rated beststart rugby park 10.
