Stevenson Residential Village
Had to go here for work so I might as well rate it even though I don't reside here. These units are in a sunny area, lawns are mowed and look nice. One bedroom units but in saying that they are spacious and comfortable as long as the property you have is limited. Residents are friendly. I would be be very happy here and would be happy to retire in these self contained units. Close to the shops it is in an ideal position. If you are looking for a place to retire in, and one becomes available here, I'd recommend to have a look.

Stevenson Residential Village
Visited complex to help deliver Howick Lions Club Christmas goodies for the tenants. Place is well maintained and ease of entry/exit .
