Service depends on who serves you. Kind of a mixed bag. I've had excellent service from many staff and a few not so much. They have a good variety of appliances and are very competitive on most pricing.

Disinterested staff. They didn't sell exact product I asked for so that was it. Then I found another product myself that served the purpose. Mystified why I wasn't offered that. Group of staff talking really didn't want to stop for customer service initially. Boy, they couldn't wait to get rid of meAgeism? Who knows.Girl behind till more interested in her phone, but still managed to get something else I asked for. So OK. Whatever.

Best experience ever. Alan the manager was very helpful. Our newly purchased LG fridge was giving us a lot of problems.And LG wasn’t helping us much about sorting out those issues. But Alan went out of his way and offered us a credit or a replacement.Really happy with Alan’s customer service.Great person to deal with. 5 ⭐️ to Noel leeming Westgate.

We where in the store for 60 minutes before someone could come over to help us with our enquires. We really wanted the product they had a low price otherwise we'd have left without buying anything front here. Pretty disappointing.

The staff are really good they approached me straight away. I even asked for better deals on certain product which they have done their best with. Not a massive gameing area.

Worst customer service i've seen in a long time. Enquired about a product that I purchased weeks ago and asked for an update on it as I haven't heard anything about it. Employee said they didn't know and asked another salesman, who replied with don't ask me
