Good front of shop team. Timely and good product and services 'quote and availability' information. Great communication - at all levels, including txt and phone followup to make things happen. Arranging the bringing in of special order stock done with a smile - and progress updates provided.Ample off-street short term parking. Easy walk to town while car being serviced.Workshop team lacking pride and conscientiousness. Tight, crowded workspace. My special 'tyre cap' (N2) taken, not returned.
