West Liquor Red Hills

Disgusting service (or lack of) at this store. My partner tried to enter and told staff that he had an exemption card for face coverings. He was told no exceptions. Exemptions cards are legal and a thing. He received his card from the NZ MoH. You can't actually stop people from entering a business when they have this card. That is discrimination. Disgusting. I won't be using this particular liquor store ever again even when the world comes right and masks aren't a thing. I'll make sure to spread the word about the discriminatory behaviour from this store and their staff. Educate your staff on exemptions cards and covid rules. It's 2021, discrimination isn't cool.

Very nice outlay-why such bad hours?-alcohol shops should have long opening hours...we are being treated like children!

Our neighbourhood liquor store! Great range and the pricing is ok. I always seem to miss their specials or what I want is not on special when I want it! LOL - awesome team. Recommended and they're open till 9 PM on Thursdays.

Staff was very friendly and made feel safe during a pandemic by ensuring sign ins and mask wearing. Great stock too.

Helpful and friendly staff, they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my father's birthday and gift wrapped it for free too!

Nice friendly people very helpful when you in a hurry and not sure where product you want is they show you with out the deep sigh of cant you just look for it your self

Manager that served me on Sat night was very rude, no hello/Goodbye nothing but a sigh as she walked up to the till she said $20 and a dirty look. Will be getting my alcohol from Countdown on way home from work. From now on.

Friendly staff, great that they are open during the lockdown, didn't have to wait as they weren't busy, they have everything beer, wine, cider, rtds and all the spirits.
