Super service, very knowledgeable, enjoyed the experience dealing with the real professionals. My front line consultant was Porsche ( hope I got the name right), within three minutes of talking to her I knew I was in the right place.Later, When I took the car all were so welcoming too! Was very happy to have taken my car to them... Great work guys keep it up.

I have been a client for many years, but the service doesn't meet the brand. One great guy and one take-it-or-leave-it guy at service reception. The cars on the forecourt are packed so tight you can see them probably, so not that inviting (although I note many people view cars only, but this should be their show space). When you buy an expensive brand, don't expect great service I'm afraid. Hopefully it'll get better.

Booked the car online for a 118 point check and spare key. Booking via the website is really easy provided one does not get distracted by all the awesome cars for sale. Got a quick response from Zak by email to clarify a couple of points and all set. I hope the visit to the workshop is just as efficient.
