Used to be a great place for kebab and fried chicken, but this year, the food quality and customer service have dropped significantly. They now use lids to hold the food so the food portion is less, and sometimes they run out of lamb or serve tasteless skinny fries. However, the most disappointing aspect is the staff. While I understand that they are young and still learning, and the shop gets very busy during dinner time, as regular customers who visit every week and order the same food, we consistently experience mistakes in our orders. These mistakes include overcharging, missing items in our order, and miscommunication within their kitchen, which results in an additional 30-minute wait. Moreover, the staff never apologize, even when they realize the mistake. We truly hope that the owner will invest more in staff training and pay closer attention to food quality

Worst sensational chicken place! I ordered Mexican Angus burgers and basic Angus burgers and instead of beef they gave me chicken for the basic Angus. The chicken patty was salty and I’m talking salty. And the beef patty was raw. Don’t recommend here only go Mt Roskill because they carry sensational chicken and never disappoint.

My first time here was extravagantly awesome. That is what made me regular here. Staff is good, cooperative and friendly. Food is amazing. Strongly recommend.Ps- my personal favourite is Spicy Chicken Fillet Burger, Mexican Beef Burger with 3 Fried Onion Rings and Spicy Chicken Fillet Wrap.Keep up the good work Sensational Team.

Ok so i purposely googled this place to leave my review because it is so so so good.I had the 'Ranch' premium beef burger and it is THE BEST of its kind.Think BK Rodeo but betterActually If bk rodeo was $2 and this Burger was $20 id still choose this one.It's not fancy, it's not full of ingredients, but the 5 ingredients in it are Perfectly ratioed and excellent quality.If i could give 6 stars i would, just for the Burger :)

Come here for takeaways all the time. Love the chicken and full box of chips. Very standard good fried chicken. I get the waffles too when craving sweet food. So glad this opened in Browns Bay.Only downside is that I always have to wait a while for food to come even when I preorder.

Used to give great portions. Now they use the lids for meat on chips.Thought it was a mistake the first time they did it. But happened three times in a row.Contacted privately but got no reply so posting here. Great tasting food, such a shame.

Terrible service. Ordered online at 8:30 as google says they close at 9 get down there at 8:50 ( because I know they take ages to prepare the food) shop completely shut no one to be seen pending charge on my visa debt card for food I never received. Absolutely shocking. Not the first time this has happened either

The portion size of not what you expect. I ordered a large chicken on rice and was so little the sals they gave me was the tiniest amount. I feel I’m paying that much money Should get a decent amount. Also ordered mini on rice vegetarian and there was no salad and it stated it comes with salad. Was not happy when I got home as it was for a vegetarian. Tried contacting them about the issue but they in denial.

I ordered the mixed meat on chips tonight which usually has superb chips but this time they were extremely soft and undercooked. I felt a waste of $15I’ve had things like this happen every now and then and I suspect there’s one employee whose letting everyone else down.Rising prices and lowering food quality makes me very hesitant to order again.
