Extremely kind, helpful, and caring owner, and fast responses / communication.I ordered a gift from their website very late at night for a loved one in hospital and they took care of everything first thing the next morning for dispatch later that day. Website very easy to use, great variety, photos, and fair prices. Will be very happy to use this flower and gift shop service again in the future.

Great customer service! Ordered local tulips for delivery however florist was not happy with quality to send out on day and made contact to offer an alternative mixed bouquet.

A dear friend has recently taken ill - we ordered the flowers on the Sunday in the UK and they were delivered hours later in NZ. Great service. Many thanks. Have already heard from recipient that they love the flowers and the hand written note. Great job. Fully recommend!

My mum is in Palmerston north and we live in Rotorua and it was her birthday. Rebekah was so accommodating and made the most beautiful flower arrangement for my mum to enjoy on her special day. Highly recommend.

I always order from this wonderful florist. Her bouquet arrangements are always so beautiful and fresh and they are super responsive and reliable with deliveries - the recipiants are always delighted. I couldn't recommend any higher!

Ordered for daughter who wasn’t feeling well. Placed order at almost 1 pm and still made it for same day delivery. There were updates from seller when bouquet order received, picked up by courier and sent!

Absolutely so impressed !!!!! we have ordered flowers on line from Aus for our Auntie's Birthday. She was very happy the flowers, very healthy and beautiful should mention it was hydrangea soft pink pot plant and she also loved the fudge. We have dealt with different flower shops in Palmerston North before but nothing like these guys. Highly recommend it! Thank you, Great Work Guys!!!!
