Not in a hurry to get to your call, even when there is a car close buy. Driver scariness varies significantly, some drive wildly, others painfully slowly. Don’t be surprised when your driver gets tooted at after changing lanes without indicating or cutting other off at roundabouts.

I called three days before 31 Dec and asked if bookings were being taken for early on New Years Day. I was told yes and went ahead and booked for 0.45am; I asked for an email confirmation of the booking and received this.We were at our requested pickup spot on time but no taxi. I called and was told there was a 45 minute wait!!I explained that I had booked three days prior and was told It's New Years and we're incredibly busy".I knew they would be

I couldn't call for a cab because they have some automated voice system that can't understand numbers or street names. Hung up after trying 6 times.

Not impressed with the service now. Don't seem to in a hurry to get to pick up, have even not turned up. Seems to be getting worse since they changed the booking system. Have been waiting 1 hour 15 mins for taxi that's was 10mins away.

This company is dropping the ball and provides poor service. Can't pick up their passengers, the automated service can't register the correct address. When drivers are close by they still don't pick up. This has happened to me on several occasions

Terrible communication went to wrong address when clearly right address was said. You get charged $2 more then the meter plus another $2 for card. Screw you over for all they do is drive
