My fiance and I visited for a wedding ring consultation. We loved the experience, everyone was bright, professional and welcoming. They shared their thoughts, ideas and honest opinions on which wedding ring suits me best. I was slightly worried as I have a small finger size, but they guided us through the ring sizing process with clarification. We look forward to returning for a wedding band consultation later this year ❤️ if you are looking for wedding rings, we highly recommend visiting Walker and Hall!

Amazing service from Sue. I had a special ring design I wanted and Sue found the perfect diamond and gave her advice on how to enhance the design. Walker and Hall made the custom designed ring beautifully and we collected it from the Airport and I love it!We are so happy with the fantastic service and expertise from Sue. We would highly recommend visiting the Albany store for an amazing experience.

After a not so great experience at Michael hill I was greeted by warm and friendly staff at Walker and Hall. Especially Ran Ran. She gave me so much useful info on diamonds that I was able to make an informed decision on a very important article of jewellery that I would keep for a life time. Thank you so much Ran Ran. You are a very kind and friendly person who does not judge people but rather is genuinely interested in making the customer happy. I can't speak more highly of the service we received from Sue Gibson, Manager at Albany Branch - it was exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the pristine store, Sue warmly welcomed us, and offered us constructive advice and suggestions. Not only is she is highly knowledgeable and fully conversant with all aspects of her trade, Sue is professional and efficient. Sue was most patient with us and listened carefully to our requests. The recommendations she made were exactly right. Sue sourced one item we were wanting from another part of NZ in record time. One other piece of jewelry which she arranged to have custom made, arrived several weeks ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with it - absolutely perfect. Sue regularly kept in contact with us to update us regarding progress of our order. It has been a real pleasure dealing with Sue, we feel like we have gained a friend. We are delighted with all of our purchases. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, we can't wait to return.
