Some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure of receiving. Very understanding and flexible to help with a windscreen replacement at the end of the year when not many other shops were even open. Would highly recommend!

Requested a quote from their website, they responded quickly with a great price for a busted wing mirror.I called a few days later, they confirmed the quote and booked me in a few days after that, and apologised for not fitting me in earlier - completely my fault for calling late on a Friday afternoon!Turned up for my appointment, they took the car and replaced the wing mirror glass in about 15 minutes and charged the same as the quoteWould certainly recommend their services.

Daniel and his team have been looking after the glass requirements for our fleet of trucks, company vehicles and private vehicles for the best part of twenty years now.I`ve been prompted to place this review after an outstanding display of customer service today.We had found ourselves in a situation where we needed a windscreen installed in one of our trucks first thing this morning in order to maintain our commitments to our customers.Daniel much to my surprise (though perhaps I should not have been) turned up himself for the installation, despite the fact he was on annual leave.Plenty of other businesses would have simply said bad luck, we`ll do it when we can; but it is a great reflection on his and their values that he chose to do so.Much appreciated, and I have previously and will continue to recommend Sharps Auto Glass to everyone.Mike, Efficient Movers.

Went to Sharps after Smith & Smith mucked me around. Sharps customer service and price were much better. They even did a bit of extra work they noticed would help to stop the issue happening again. Great experience, highly recommend.
