Joined Empower in Oct 22. Love the place and the people. The classes are great esp Boxfit and HiiT. I’ve got my workout mojo back! It had deserted me for a couple of years.

Superb inclusive environment to workout in and very friendly staff. We bought a week pass and were really thrilled with the equipment and services provided. Women’s gym has a great range of machines tooPlus they have a dog that visits so they really couldn’t get any better!

Popped here for a yoga class while visiting Taupo. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and I definitely would have considered coming back if I were staying longer!

Both my husband and I go to Empower Fitness and definitely enjoy the environment.All the staff are very accommodating and cheerful, keeping the facility clean and tidy (spic and span).There are a variety of exercise classes available at many different levels of fitness and the range of gym equipment is extensive. This is a place we feel safe exercising.

Awesome gym, awesome staff! So welcoming and friendly, remembers their regulars. The classes are my favourite, as they are nice and challenging, and very motivating instructors. This is the longest time I've ever stuck to a gym membership. Way to go Empower!

I've tried so many different gyms but none compare to Empower Fitness.Any building with equipment can be a gym but this one is special. The staff offer more to this place than can be described, their warm welcoming approach and the caring family vibe of this place is next level.It's always clean and well maintained.I would definitely recommend
