Companies like this don't even deserve single star. I bought a pair of beats solo3 headphones via grabone from this company and they were supposed to be delivered on the 4/01 as per the deal on the grabone says to this day. I was going to take these overseas for my brother's birthday gift which worked fine with me as I had a flight to catch on the 8/01. Comes the 4th only to find out after calling urban global that they weren't even dispatched yet. I explained my desperate situation to the lovely lady on the phone who wasn't even remotely interested in working with me to find a solution and since I had a layover in Auckland on the 8th we decided it would be better if we ship it to Auckland (to one of my mate's address) not wellington (where im living) they most probably get delivered overnight and my mate can drop them off to me at the airport. As per the lady they were going to be dispatched on the 05/01 only to be delivered on 06/01 and I will get a tracking info on my email on the 05/01. On the 5th not only I didn't get any tracking info there weren't even dispatched. Comes the 6th when I called the same lady sent me the link to track the item which showed it was only dispatched the same morning and only to find out later on after calling nz post the headsets were on there way to Wellington not the Auckland address to we agreed upon. When I called again and to mention this stuff up she brushed it off saying I don't know how this is happened and oh well we will look into it once its delivered. I mean what's there to look into you guys had already done your absolute best to stuff up any chance that I had to get my hands on them. I come from customer service background and go above and beyond to help my customers but this is the worse company/people I have ever dealt with.
