The staff stayed late, just on the off chance that the cat needed help, and waited for kitty and I to arrive. These folks put your best friends' welfare above their own time, they really care. Top marks.

Please let us know in the website if you are going to close early, I came all the way to the store just to find out it was closed, then drove to the one in Lower Hutt for the lady to shut the door in my face

The staff here are all so lovely. Today I had a wonderful experience bringing my 5 month old puppy in to see groomer Jenn for his very first groom. She did an incredible job and I am so grateful. My puppy is currently very scared of strangers but he warmed to her immediately (and didn't bark!!). Highly recommend her. Seriously considering moving vets now. Thank you very much :)

Thank you Rose for making a heartbreaking situation a little more comfortable and easier for me and my beloved Gohan. Very compassionate and caring. Thank you also to the lovely receptionist who answered the phone on Sunday when I couldn't hold back the tears.
