Great friendly staff that know what they are doing. Only hiccup was having to wait as the mechanic was not there even though I booked. But great service.

100% would recommend, I recently took my Kawasaki Vulcan in for a WOF, sprocket and chain change.Fast and efficient, were even happy to give me multiple quotes ranging in price. I will definitely be back.

Prices as quoted! They don’t just do Harley’s. Had my BMW S1000RR serviced, including a new chain and sprocket - Was done in a day.

Called once to book my bike in and get it transported. Quoted 80bux to transport it to their shop. Ok . Was told they will call back to confirm booking. No call. Called the next day to follow up and make sure it was booked in. It was not. No worries please book in and transport it to your workshop. Once again told they will call back.. sighBoth times no call back. Guess they dont need the money.EDIT: Ebbs has since called me back and organized pick up for the bike. I retract and apologize what i said above. Hopefully they can repair my bike. Will update again accordingly. cheersEDIT 2: Ebbs has been a great experience. Called me with updates about my bike while it was there. Gave me an initial invoice with parts.but in the end they came to the conclusion that the parts were not needed and saved me, the customer well over 1k in costs! Exceptional service and great result. My Kawasaki Ninja had a flat front tire and the team at Ebb's was able to sort it out. Even helped me out with choosing the right tire, very informative and excellent communication. Reasonably priced, very affordable. Thanks.
