My first experience with The kebab and Chicken House left much to be desired, and I must admit, it was quite underwhelming. Although the server was friendly, there were a few significant issues that hindered my enjoyment, prompting me to give this review a two-star rating.Firstly, the quality of the food was not up to par. The chips were barely cooked, with some even being undercooked. It was disappointing to bite into chips that lacked the desired crispiness. Furthermore, the chicken was not served hot; it was barely warm. The quality of the chicken also left much to be desired. It lacked the flavour I was expecting, and overall, it fell short of my expectations.Additionally, both the chips and chicken lacked sufficient flavouring. The absence of proper seasoning made the entire dining experience rather bland. It would have greatly enhanced the taste if more attention had been given to flavouring the dishes adequately.Overall, my visit to The kebab and Chicken House was quite underwhelming. I hope they take these issues seriously and address them promptly. It's worth mentioning that there is another chicken place nearby that hey seemed to have almost copied the menu from, and, in my opinion, provides a much more satisfying experience. Perhaps The kebab and Chicken House can learn from their competitor's success and strive to improve their food quality, flavouring, and attention to detail.

Great bunch of guys to work with. We did some printing for them, great range of food to choose from, and a nice and cozy kebab shop in the middle of the town, easily accessible to Auckland cbd and the people going past on Mount Street. A must try.

Had mix kebab on rice, mini. They could've added more sauce but other than that its pretty tasty for the price.

My go to spot to got to when hungry at uni. fresh fries and burgers and friendly staff. WAY better than sensational . best spot!! Milkshakes are fire as well
