Cracked a double glazed lounge window when a stone hit while mowing the lawn which happened the week leading into Xmas 2022.Couldn't do it which I understood with ordering another window getting correct tint and delivery from auckland in the time frame, they measured up the window and then came back to reinstall the new window straight after their Xmas holiday's.Great guy's to deal with and have great communication and they also have eftpos available in their truck to pay for repair. It was not to expensive either which I thought it was going to be more.I would defintely recommend this business to potential customers.

Absolutely awesome service all round. When I rung this morning the lady on the phone was great and advised they were busy but she would see if some could come this afternoon. Two glaziers turned up this arvo and knocked the job out within 15min. Will definitely be recommending and using again if need be. Thanks guys.

The appointment was set for 10am today but I finally got a call at 10.45 asking if I was still available for a visit.Business must be booming if they can afford this lax attitude?My Response in reply to the response from the owner -Thanks for your explantion. Can you explain the last line about 'choosing who you deal with' ? It sounds as though that was directed at me?
