Great old school gym! Brenden is an awesome down to earth guy, willing to help out with great knowledge to share. Great non pretentious members of all ages. 24/7 so workout on your own schedule at any time.

Yep. I go here. Nights normally. The nights are quiet...just a handful of people. This means the equipment is always available. It's not a mega gym and no personal trainers that I have ever seen. But it's just a good place for a workout at you own pace.

Awesome vibe, top owner, old-school, really solid pricing with custom workout plans offered as part of the package. Really nice members too, no ego which is rare for gyms these days.
