Being a mechanic is probably worse than being a dentist I reckon. Which is why I’m taking the time to write a rare review. The 2 most notable things about Rocky Auto is firstly how thorough they all are, and secondly their very good customer service. From Damon right through to Liz and his team, they all show a good understanding of customer service. It’s an easily undervalued characteristic, but like dentists, mechanics rarely have good news, and it’s rarely free. So a good dollop of customer service goes a fair way. So do I recommend Rocky Auto to any of you looking for a good solid service station, operated by a skilled team who really seem to not only want to repair your vehicle, but to repair it well? Yes I do.

Thanks for a fast and efficient tyre replacement. Unfortunately your business is let down by your customer facing staff. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and a great reason to go somewhere else next time.In reply to your response.I am surprised at your response, when you called me to try to get me to change my review, I clearly explained to you that the review was written because I had used your garage on 3 occasions in the past and I had been treated the same way every time, as has my wife. My wife actually asked your member of staff if she had offended her in some way, she was that rude.I am not sure why you are portraying yourself as helping me in an emergency, you replaced a tyre on a trailer, there was no emergency.Instead of trying to buy positive reviews, perhaps you should focus on fixing your staffing issues.

Great honest and fair operator. I have had Rocky do both repairs and wofs on my cars motorcycles and trailers and found them both thorough and balanced with their assessments. The advice and so forth was really helpful. Highly recommend them

I was recommend Rocky Auto by a few people, so I was happy to take my car to them. My interior lighting didn't work and left my car in their hands. I was emailed an estimate which was way more than I thought for such a small issue. I rang Damon and he explained to me the reasons why. When I went to pick up my car, I read the inspection notes to find out that they had found other issues with my car, such as central locking, and park lights. This information would have been great to find out beforehand or while the inspection was being taken place rather than after paying for the one service being done. Really bad communication especially to a young female.

Very bad competence.Folse wof because brake bind on trailer, and he checked this when trailer was braked.As well recommended coupler service, after it was done 1 week ago.As well they changed commission for credit card payments, and didn't warn before transaction. And you can realise it only from statement or recipt
