Nood Newmarket

There's no doubt that Nood's merchandise is beautiful, so just being in the store is a feelgood experience. What enhanced it was the graciousness and positivity from the sales people. Lots to like.Update: I've recently bought dining and counter chairs in their sale - super happy.

I recently purchased an awesome 3 piece couch form the store, I had a raft of questions for the sales crew, who guided me through the process so easily with their product knowledge. Rachel in particular went far and beyond the call of duty in sourcing what I needed and making sure delivery dates were pushed forward. She gets 2 gold stars from me. I'm a very happy customer, because I felt looked after. !

3 stars because the lady I dealt with in New Market was lovely & super helpful. 3 stars because I purchased a $399 seat (marked to $119 on clearance) and wish I hadnt wasted my money. Its like a childs camping chair. They need to upgrade their website so that customers can write reviews on actual products.

Rachel and the team are absolutely outstanding. I hesitated to buy my sofa online without seeing it in person so headed to the store and so glad I did. Brought furniture from them for our new place which they said would be delivered on the day we moved in. (We brought the furniture 3 weeks before we moved in) It didn't arrive so I rung them and after some discussion they offered me a really great discount and were so understanding of the situation. Great outcome and thank you Nood, really appreciate it and will be coming back.

I bought five 3-door Ivy Lockers from the Henderson and Westgate stores in the past week. Unfortunately one of them is a damaged one. So the girl from the Westgate store made an arrangement for me to get an exchange from the New Market store. I drove all the way to New Market and found a parking spot literally 50m away from the shop. (The New Market store does not have a customer parking lot and it's definitely not easy to find a car park on a Subday afternoon). I walked in and told the 2 staff behind the counter I'm here for the exchange and if I can borrow a trolley and maybe some one can give me a hand together to wheel it in. The young boy staff straight away said we don't have a trolley and we can't help you. The lady staff showed me their loading zone car park right in front of the shop. So I drove all around Broadway and parked according to the instruction. I walked in again and told them I reparked and whether then can give me a hand to bring the big box in. The lady staff literally said We can't leave the store

This is an interesting furniture and homewares store. It’s one of those places that you need to keep browsing because it’s constantly changing.
