I found Oscar Wylee Optometrist on the internet and was impressed by the positive reviews, so I decided to check them out. I needed an eye test badly (last one was possibly 5 - 6 years ago, gulp!) and possibly new glasses so booked my eye test online today (Sunday 16 April 2023) and got a late afternoon appointment. I strolled into a very clean and bright store with a great range of adults and kids frames. I was greeted by a very smiley sales assistant who was friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Whilst waiting for the optometrist I browsed through some of the frames, but within minutes the optomerist came and got me for the eye test. She explained things to me no previous optometrist had ever bothered to do and I'm a female in her 60s and I have seen a few. She told me I did not need to change my progressives but suggested a pair of prescription reading glasses ($199) which I agreed to. There was no hard sell and I wasn't rushed at all but I found the perfect frames rather quickly. I would absolutely recommend seeking them out next time you need the services of a great optometrist team.

Excellent services. I visited this store on Sunday last week. The optometrist was very patient. He listened to my concerns and explained them to me. The staff was helpful. They spent almost an hour with me choosing my lenses and frame. I let them know my budget and they helped me to work it out. They never push me to buy their glasses which most of the sellers do. Highly recommended.

I took my 10yr old daughter to Oscar Wylee yesterday. Was such a pleasant experience for her. The optometrist was very nice,patient and helpful. Will definitly use them in the future!

Awesome service and a very awesome team at Manukau Westfield Mall!! Price was way better than quoted from other optometrists. They adjusted my lenses until it was perfect. They also have a great range of frames!

What a lovely experience. Quick, professional and convenient. It took me a long time to sort my frames and I was left to select and ponder without being rushed. The front of store staff was friendly, helpful and patiently explained all the different options to me. I explained my needs and they walked me through all the different styles of multifocal lenses available.
