Centre - Queenstown

I visited your Queenstown Five Mile store on Tuesday 12th October (between 16:45 - 17:00) and was absolutely appalled by the awful customer service I received.I am never one to complain especially when visiting a stationary store of all places, however I left your store feeling so shocked at the lack of service that I felt the need to share my experience with your upper management team.I was not greeted nor checked on if I required help at any stage (there were 3 staff members on the floor and I was the only customer). When I went to the checkout, the two ladies behind your printing section did not even acknowledge me. Another staff member eventually walked up the middle of the store and saw me - but did not acknowledge me and then preceded to take her phone out and walked past me whilst looking at her phone!!! She served me but there was no hello, goodbye or anything. The only word that came out of her mouth was to tell me the price.I am honestly so appalled by the lack of customer service I received in this store today especially when I was the only customer. The staff have one job - to provide the customer with a good service and every staff member on the shop floor today failed that miserably.I really do hope that the staff members involved are made aware of this so they can drastically improve their customer service skills for anyone else visiting this store in the future.

Only go here if you really have to. Employees were not very nice to talk to but picture quality and price was decent.

Never thought ild see the day I wrote a review at a stationary store however, the service I received was so insanely bad I felt I needed to. The lady called Ren served me and was probably the rudest and aggressive person I have ever met, so bad that I actually said to her how disgusted I was by the way she spoke to me for absolutely no reason at all. Sure enough I went to the reviews and I’m not the only one. I’m very surprised she has a job

Very rude, aggressive and botherless staffs . Asked for assistance politely however told off for it. No interest to serve the customers. To Weyne , the guy hats off to you for giving information so can save my time. To the management look into asking your staff to look after customers well. Usually I don't give bad reviews to any business but the experience that I had , I just don't want other customers to be treated like that.

Excellent service from Charlotte and her team. Good selection at reasonable prices. Parking out front.

I normally don't leave reviews even if the customer service is bad, but the rudeness and lack of professionalism from certain staff here is kind of beyond me. We were told our things would be ready in half an hour and when we came back after two hours, they hadn't even started on our order - not only was there no apology, but the staff member there was instead extremely disrespectful to my mother, snapping at her for simply asking for the things we'd ordered...? Not sure what other businesses would rudely cut customers off and practically deny them service (especially when we'd already paid for it) by claiming they're busy, but something tells me it's not really the best business model.

Quick and efficient turn around of photos. Highly recommend at 19 cents a photo for 100+ ... glossy and a great present for xmas!!

Awful customer service. Looking at other reviews it's clear that WS managers don't know how to look after customers

I went in to print off a few A4 colour, double sided copies. The machine quoted me $30 for a 17 page document that I thought was a bit steep but didn’t have time to go anywhere else, so just accepted it. The printer started and begun printing A3 size. I stopped it as soon as I found the cancel button but at that point the printer had already printed five of of the pages. I took it too the front till and they said I would be charged $26 for the five pages. When I told them what the machine had quoted me and changed the page size to A3 automatically, they said that was incorrect and it would have been $60 for the full printing and this could not refund me. Well, I only had $50 loaded onto the card so I know that was incorrect, I left feeling pretty ripped off and will not be going back. I’d recommend finding somewhere cheaper for your simple printing needs.
