We loved the fairy village off the path up to Hume Rd. Gorgeous! Such care made, creating this treat for kids young and old!

A lovely bush walk with some hidden surprises, leading to a wide open grassy space and a slightly tired playground suitable for younger kids.

Omg such a magical place an rock every where to post on Facebook pages westie rocks an Auckland rocks south Auckland rocks super cool place beautiful fairy trail about 1min into Bush trail come in the mountbatten rd entrance an half way up on the right is the Bush track it's only small but sweet for all Lil bit slippery in soft dirt but take it slow u be all good

Linley Reserve
Linley is a tiny, clean and quiet place. Has a playground for children. A bush walkway with tall trees, silver ferns and wildflowers along. The walkway very gentle may take 15 minutes to walk through.

Un cared for by the council. And a dump for the local community trimming trees etc. Bush is full of weeds and most of it un walkable

This is a very nice hidden reserve in the heart of quiet part of Hillcrest.The access to the reserve is via Mountbatten avenue, Linley place and Eban Avenue.There is a decent sized playground which keeps children engaged for quite some hours.There is a tidy walk in the bush which just refreshes and makes one forget about the suburban surroundings.Ideal for a quick evening walk or half a day's picnic with children.Well recommended.
