We were visiting napier and overnight our hilux got broken into ...window smashed etc ..and luckily hilux not stolen ....fortunately it has push button start .Raced into HB toyota 11am spoke to Chris in parts and Danika in service who promptly said yes we can sort ...glass will be here following morn at 8am overnight from Auck and Danika said we can loan you a vehicle and pick up around 9am following day .Sure enough all doneWhat fabulous service ...thanks heaps guys.

Couldnt be more thankful to these guys. My 2017 Hilux got the dreaded DPF fault while I was in the Hawkes Bay on a work trip from Auckland. It was fixed in a day, for free with a smile. After the terrible experience I had at Ebbetts Toyota in Hamilton its restored my faith in the brand. Thank you Ben and Morgan in the Napier service dept!

Terrible service today when asked to test drive from new car sales team.blatent no and not helpful at all. Felt somewhat judged. Big let down as used car sales team were amazing! Their loss cause we drove to hastings toyota and looking at purchasing from them.
