I met a nice Asian female nurse today for blood test. She reminded to remove the cover after 1 hour. I used to think the longer time I covered the wound, the better, which proves to be wrong. Thanks for that. Very efficient and painless. Quite a lot of parking lots. There’s a man at the gate of hospital guiding where to go which is very helpful. Seems well organised.

Very unhappy about my experience here.The person who arrived 10 minutes after me was seen first. What's the point of an electronic wait system if it doesn't even work?The room was very hot and when I asked for some water from the nurse, she told me there were a lot of people to see and that she'd get me some water after my blood test, ignoring the fact I was starting to feel sick, yet just before she drew my blood she turned around and filled a cup up for me, minutes after she said I had to wait for water.The nurse was very condescending, and calling me love" at the end of every sentence.I went to turn my body so my arm was to my side

From the moment we walked into reception right up to the time of discharge my wife and I had such an amazing experience. Patient care was superb and could not be faulted. Nursing staff absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for Patient care.

Today I had such a great experience with Joy. I usually always have some issues with finding veins, but she was so great she spotted so fast and all procedure last only couple minutes, without any pain. She was always very supportive and listening. Thank you for your professional work!
