Waipa Towing collected my vehicle after accident on Hamilton Expressway and stored it in their storage yard till collection for further transportation to Napier . I can not speak anymore highly about this company , they looked after it and were efficient & professional in every way possible .

Our car broke down near Otorohanga on our way to Auckland.We called AA and they got Waipa towing to got our car to the local Auto repair where we were informed that the workshop is about to close. So we checked with Waipa towing if they can deliver our car to our Auckland address and give us car on rent,which they agreed. We agreed on NZD $800 + GST and NZD$ 140 for the rental car. We were quite hassled and tired as we were on the highway for almost 2 hours waiting with our 4 year old toddler. Next day, to our surprise when our car arrived at our Auckland address, front bumper of the car was broken. When we checked with the driver , he not only denied but tried to convince us that he got the car with broken bumper itself. Also he told us to pay the agreed tow amount without any invoice or bill. So I requested them to send the invoice with the GST number by email so that I can pay them.Our car is fully insured and we do not have any issues accepting , if there was any fault at our end. I understand that this kind of accidents can happen during the transit but they didn't took the responsibility . All we were asking was to be honest , accept and take the ownership of such incident, which we found missing with our experience with Waipa Towing. AA is investigating this issue now.

I contacted Wayne and within a couple of hours my vehicle was towed from Otorohanga to Te Awamutu. Great communication and service, fairly priced. 100% recommend
