Started with Ingrid maybe 6 weeks before this latest lockdown. Really enjoy her classes, her studio is great and she switched to online classes with lockdown, haven’t missed a week, except the day I forgot! but the great thing is Ingrid sends you get a recording of the class, so I have done the class in my own time. Every class is recorded and sent to you, really nice to do a extra class when stiff or stressed. Thoroughly recommend.
