Still slow in the drive though when not busy. Has improved over the past year.Sometimes no ice in drink.Has a guy who works drive though who is very on to it and communicates clearly and is saving the place

I think someone at McDonald's head office needs to have a chat with this place. Absolute disaster drivethrough coffee order and little inclination from the manager to do anything about it. See the staff were stressed, felt bad for them. Ended up taking 30 mins just to get a coffee with no queue at the drivethrough. Look at the picture, a flat white?

10 minute wait at drive through. No one in front of me. Worker on his phone. Finally got my order and burger patties were burnt and food was cold. Was just yuck start to finish. Do not recommend

the food is good when we get it, but this is the fifth time we’ve tried to uber eats food from here. every single time, without fail, items are missing from our order. we thought maybe uber drivers were stealing our food but today we were given the wrong drink entirely as well as half our order missing. so frustrating

Without a doubt, the worst McDonald's in New Zealand. Consistently serving cold fries, stale buns, and they NEVER put pickles on the burgers, even when you pay for EXTRA. I am just beyond words at how bad this place is. Have put in multiple complaints through the McDonalds website and never receive a response. On the flip side, the McDonalds by Albany stadium is really good so we now make the trip all the way there if we ever want McDonalds.HEAD OFFICE NEEDS TO STEP IN.

I came here for a 3-year-olds birthday dinner. The general feeling was that the place is dirty and impersonal. Food scraps and rubbish littered the floor. Furniture was broken. Cleaning gear and rubbish dumped on the McCafe servery. One has to use computer terminals to lodge their orders, however, the printer wasn't working on my one. The children's playground is small and lacks diversity. And my food? Fresh but dry and didn't look anything like the promo of if it... not a restaurant I'm likely to willingly return to...

Did the self ordering, got the order number 114, and it's a little thing, sauce to go with your nuggets, but what's the point of offering this if you either don't get what you select or in this case tonight you just don't get it at all. Really how hard is it to read the screen and put what your reading into the bags, we have done have the job for you by doing the self ordering. This shop is just getting worse over time
