Very friendly and professional staff. Good knowledge and advice on a range of hearing issues. Office space is comfortable and well lit. There is paid street parking outside or free parking a block away. I will be going back if I need further help.

We are visiting New Zealand and my hearing aid charger got destroyed by the seat mechanism on the plane. Michelle quickly fixed an ear wire that was broken and loaned me a charger whilst we waited for a new one to come in. This arrived promptly after the Otago Day weekend. What a welcoming place! My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! Guy that did the hearing test was very thorough, explained everything in normal language and answered all the questions we had, he was very professional and accommodating. Great service all round.

Another appointment cancelled after I arrived. These people are the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the 4th appointment that has been cancelled. If customer service is important to you please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The experience of taking my nearly 90 year old Mum to Triton for a hearing assessment was much better than I experienced. The audiologist was professional, compassionate, and explained things in ways I could understand so that I could relay it to Mum later - she was incapable of taking it in at the time. There was no sense that we were being sold something" but more of a sense of helping us understand hearing loss
