Really disappointed in the customer service. My daughter purchased a Pounamu pendant for a friends graduation, only to discover soon after that her friend's parents had brought her one. Within a few days took it back to the store, explained the situation, hoping for a refund. No way, they would not even consider it - only provided a store credit which was not wanted. The manager quite obviously kept herself busy just chatting to another customer, so she didn't have to deal with us. Left it to the poor young assistant. A store can use their discretion when providing a refund, and it would have shown great customer service if they had given one. Wont ever shop there again.

Too pushy and weird as heck.Giving 3 stars because my Fiancé got my engagement ring from there and said his experience was amazing compared to Michael Hill.. But that's not really hard to beat.

Asking customers to remove a hat while allowing other customers to cover their face is just idiotic. Really bad service here.

A friend of mine bought a bracelet for me here as a gift, she was told that they would alter it for free according to my size if I took it back. When I took it back they quoted me as much as the bracelets worth itself. If you don’t do alterations please advertise so. Don’t lie when the item is being purchased and then change your statements. I do not recommend purchasing here.

Went in to purchase a watch but was told I’d need to remove my hat so I left and purchased it elsewhere. This policy is frankly just dumb and I will now not be buying anything here ever. There’s no way that anyone with nefarious intentions is suddenly going to change their mind because they have to remove a hat… the only effect it’s having is losing you customers.
