I would also give zero stars. Big woman with short blonde hair. Very dismissive attitude. Not prepared to help. Said she had work to do. She just took over when I was explaining to a man, who clearly had no idea of what he was doing. This is the final straw from Spark. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Helpful staff with a great knowledge about the phones. Good location of the shop with a car park available on the kerb side. Wheelchair people are welcome too.

Had a great experience when we visited your store. Served by Becca who was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything to us seniors who stra bit with technology. A pleasure to deal with and after sales service was great. Overhead another older woman dealing with customers and thought she was very rude and abrupt. Deal with Becca,she is brilliant

Small-size Spark store compared to the store Spark was in next door now.4 staff members on a Saturday which I thought was great but two of them were still new and Inexperienced and not customer service friendly.It's a shame young ones don't put more effort into the job that they have applied for and help the general public whether they are existing or new customers to Spark to be able to come across as I'm here to help you and have a smile on their face.The other two doing most of the legwork.Thanks, Spark team Blenheim for helping me out today, much appreciated.

I spoke with a Spark trainee who was helpful however I didn't buy a modem as wasn't convinced which plan I should be on. Still considering my options.

I visited the store to report a fault with my Samsung Flip 3 phone (in warranty). Four staff members were on duty, and the customer responsiveness could have been better. Their best service was finding a reason why they couldn't help. The manager inferred that I had dropped my phone and that my warranty may not cover the service cost. My phone had a faint scratch which I explained will be attributable to handbag travel. Their service contractors returned my phone with several new parts reasonably quickly- 1 week - an excellent service. When I collected the phone, they could not add my Esim for several reasons, which took a further week to resolve. I've been a business user with Spark for 10yrs+, and the digital service is good. My experience of In-store service is a big disappointment. My review is intended to provide constructive feedback. Customer-centricity is nonexistent, and I hope you can remedy this.
