The work was excellent, the service outstanding and the follow up was welcome. I'm happy to recommend Bay of Islands Computers. It's great to be able to get things fixed without having to send the laptop to Auckland.

I particularly enjoyed the prompt replies to emails and questions. Also the follow up is impressive.I had Windows 10 reinstalled. Great job. However it would have been useful to have been reminded that I would have to update Windows 10. I was not aware that I had to do this and it was only when I found that I needed an updated driver that I realised I had to update the Windows 10 new installs. This took ages and I had to keep restarting my computer.I enjoyed the friendly and helpful service from Bay of Islands Computer Staff. However it was obviously a bad day for the staff on my 2nd visit when I introduced a friend who needed her computer cleaned and serviced.I’ll continue to support Bay of Islands Computers.

Took my Macbook in after it decided not to start up. Was happy with the result after a few days getting it sorted. Macbook super fast now after a new SSD drive install. Thanks to the team at BOI Comps.

Friendly, efficient, service. Very clear communication from all staff both reception and service people. Advice given if the problem reoccurred so I could fix the situation myself, I think this was an excellent extra. I have recommended them and will again.

Awesome experience bringing my PC in here. Ended up learning a bunch too. You can really tell how passionate the team here is about PCs. Will definitely be returning next time I need PC help!
