I cannot thank Mackenzie and her colleague (Suzanne?) enough for their exceptional service. From greeting you at the door with a friendly smile, not treating you like another job they have to get through, making you feel so comfortable and coming away with a beautiful cut/colour, you really couldn't ask for more. I had a not so pleasant experience with another Vivo and Mackenzie took it upon herself to rectify the problem even though it was not her fault! I always come away feeling happy from my experience at Vivo Colombo and the staff are superstars. Thanks again team, I will always recommend your services :)

Wonderful experience at Vivo @ The Colombo today. Natasha was amazing - very experienced and professional and I absolutely love my new hair style - both the colour and cut. She’s a real superstar!!! Definitely recommend and I’ll be happily returning for my next appointment.

Lizanne is very friendly and professional. She helped me to select the perfect colour to my hair and explained to me about every step in the process too. Then she helped me to select perfect products to use in my hair to maintain the colour. I really loved my experience with Lizanne in Vivo and looking forward to visit Vivo again

Hairdresser Jason understand customer service and his job very well.After showing a photo of what I really want my hair to look like he was able to select the colours very carefully and did an amazing job with the hair colouring, cut and curling.Thank you Jason for giving a very good service with my first experience with Vivo.

Mackenzie, with Ruby's assistance, provided excellent skilled service and very patient and welcoming.Great environment that encouraged chat and not drowned out with music.Very well taken care of with coffee/tea with FUDGE!! And multiple offers.I'm a simple girl with tricky hair.Would definitely recommend and will use their services again. Well done!

Highly recommended Vivo Colombo! Lizanne did an incredible job of re-colouring my hair after a box job gone very very wrong (lesson learnt!). It was an amazing feeling walking out with confidence again.The whole team at Vivo Colombo were incredible and very friendly. Looking forward to returning.
